Preregistration for this workshop through Annual Meetings registration is required. This is our fourth annual workshop and sharing session on using performance to engage students and teachers with biblical texts. The workshop includes practical steps for internalizing a biblical text for performance, embodied techniques to explore a text, and various approaches to performance and interpretation. This workshop is followed by an opportunity to meet with other scholars in the Orality Networking Event (4:30 to 6:00). The pedagogy workshop will meet from 1 to 4:30pm on Friday, November 20th.
